Who knew there are two poets in the family? Perhaps inspired by his recent induction into grandfatherhood, here are just some of the 6 word memoirs thoughtfully written by Tom. More to come...

Life With Annette
Found my soul mate; life continues.
Dreamed of Love, Dream came True.
Fell in love; have a family.

On Family
Married young, had children, simply lovely.
Two sons and one daughter, blessed.
Time with family, time never wasted.
Held my Grandson, All is good.

In Gratitude
Mom and Dad, thanks for life.

Six Word Memoirs

Not Quite What I Was Planning

Poetry Challenge
"When Hemingway famously once wrote, For Sale: baby shoes, never worn, he proved that an entire story can be told using a half dozen words. When the online storytelling magazine SMITH asked readers to submit six-word memoirs, they proved a whole, real life can be told this way too." Not Quite What I Was Planning offers a curious collection of famous and not so famous writers with their pint-size literary gems. What's Your Story? Source:

Bittersweet romance
Found true love, married someone else

Achievements and stinging regrets
After Harvard, had baby with crackhead

Some other mini masterpieces
Cursed with cancer. Blessed by friends
I still make coffee for two
No wife. No kids. No problems
